Dr. Neil E. Harl is the Charles F. Curtiss Distinguished Professor in Agriculture and Emeritus Professor of Economics, Iowa State University and member of the Iowa Bar. Dr. Harl is one of the country's foremost authorities on business, economic, legal and tax matters affecting agriculture and has published numerous papers and articles in legal, tax and trade journals, in addition to the 14 volume treatise, Agricultural Law.
Robert P. Achenbach, Jr., J.D. has been the editor for Dr. Harl's treatise, Agricultural Law, for over 25 years and is currently the Executive Director of the American Agricultural Law Association.
